Dr. Humaa is one of the best surgeons in Dubai as a specialist general surgeon within the Surgical Oncology Services Department at the Al Zahra Cancer Center. The Center hosts highly specialized surgical oncology subspecialties, including Colorectal, Breast oncology, Head & Neck Surgery, Urology, Gynecological Oncology, Sarcoma/ Melanoma, and Peritoneal surface malignancy, in addition to pancreatic and hepatic surgery.

Dr. Humaa performs a comprehensive range of breast cancer surgeries, including oncoplastic surgeries, sentinel lymphnode biopsies with dual tracer marking and hookwire localisations. She is part of Al Zahra Cancer Center’s multidisciplinary tumour board for breast cancer patients.

Dr. Humaa’s interest has been breast disease and cancer management. Over her career, she has performed numerous breast examinations in Dubai, Kenya, and South Africa. She has completed a number of complex breast surgeries with Dr. Sadir Alrawi and is often a speaker at professional meetings discussing breast cancer management.

She is passionate about promoting breast cancer awareness among women while actively contributing to the process of recommending, choosing, and providing care to patients based on what is important to them.
